Live Watch Faces (Animated) are not compatible with the Always On Display feature. To enjoy animated watch faces, you’ll need to disable Always On Display first, as WatchOS restricts animations when this feature is active.

How to Turn Off Always On Display on Your Apple Watch:

1. Press the Digital Crown and open Settings.
2. Scroll down to Display & Brightness and select it.
3. Tap on Always On and toggle it off.

Compatibility:

The Always On Display feature is available on Apple Watch Series 5, Series 6, Series 7, Series 8, Series 9, Series 10, Ultra, and Ultra 2.

Please note live animations are restricted to 3 seconds owing to Apple Watch limitations.

Note: Animated watch faces will activate when you lift your wrist, but they may take up to 2 seconds to play due to technical limitations of the Apple Watch.

If you see a compatibility error message or cannot load a Watch Face on your Apple Watch, follow these steps:

1. Update watchOS and iOS to the latest versions.
2. Restart both your Apple Watch and iPhone.
3. Please wait at least 10 seconds for watch to transfer from iPhone to Apple Watch.

To enable Family Sharing :

1. Enter Settings → iCloud.
2. Tap Set Up Family Sharing → Get Started.
3. Confirm you wish to be the family organizer and make sure you're signed in with your Apple ID.
4. Follow the instructions.

To use Family Sharing on another device:

1. Enable the Family Sharing function.
2. Open the "WatchStop" app and tap the "Restore" button.

In the Settings app on your iPhone, make sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the app.

Check if the payment was confirmed in your Purchase History.

If the purchase was successful, click the "Restore" button in the app settings or at the bottom of the screen offering the purchase of upgrade.
